Turner Construction Co. has been tapped to lead two landmark developments in California: the high-profile One Beverly Hills project in Los Angeles and a new 12,000-seat soccer stadium in downtown Sacramento.
The company announced on June 24, 2025, that it had been chosen to oversee the entire site for One Beverly Hills — a multi-billion-dollar, 17.5-acre luxury development that broke ground in February 2024. Turner will act as the general contractor for Phase I and coordinate construction across the sprawling property.

Master planned by the globally renowned Foster + Partners, One Beverly Hills will feature two Aman-branded residential towers, an Aman Hotel and Aman Club by Kerry Hill Architects. The Beverly Hilton — known for hosting the Golden Globes and Milken Global Conference — will also be fully redesigned by David Collins Studio. The development includes 10 acres of botanical gardens designed by Rios, along with integrated hospitality and retail offerings.
“We are thrilled to work on this iconic project,” said Reed McMains, vice president and general manager at Turner. “One Beverly Hills will usher in the next exciting chapter in Beverly Hills' remarkable history. This project will bring more than 2,500 construction jobs to the area, and we look forward to continuing our work with Cain International and OKO Group to bring this project to life.”
Adamson Associates is the executive architect for the site, which is slated for completion by late 2027.
Earlier in June, on the 11th, Turner was also selected to lead construction on Republic FC’s future stadium in Sacramento. The project represents more than just a new venue for soccer — it's a cultural and economic investment in the city, according to developers.
Turner plans to deliver a stadium that not only meets modern standards but reflects Sacramento’s values. The venue will become a hub for sports, entertainment, arts, and civic events, significantly expanding the city’s calendar of large-scale programming.
“What an incredible moment to pause and celebrate what this project means in forward progress and lasting impact for the community we live and work in,” said Drake Costa, vice president and general manager at Turner Construction. “With a clear alignment in our collective core values, we are excited for what this project means for Sacramento, beyond the build. We are proud to join with Wilton Rancheria and Republic FC to build a stadium that's grounded in community, rooted in history and built for the future of Sacramento.”
The Sacramento stadium project is expected to generate over 1,200 construction jobs and contribute more than $240 million to the regional economy. Groundbreaking is anticipated in late summer 2025, with an opening planned for 2027. The stadium will host nearly 40 major events annually once completed.
Turner brings decades of experience in sports construction, having delivered high-profile projects like Levi’s Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Golden 1 Center, and TQL Stadium. In partnership with Republic FC, Turner will also support workforce development and invest in local business engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
These two California projects reinforce Turner Construction’s growing influence on the West Coast’s built environment. With a deep track record in both high-end commercial development and civic infrastructure, Turner is positioning itself as a key player not only in delivering complex builds but also in engaging with local communities through job creation, small business support, and inclusive development.
One Beverly Hills will redefine luxury living in Southern California, integrating architecture, landscape, and cultural spaces in a single mixed-use ecosystem. Meanwhile, the Sacramento stadium will enhance the city's visibility on the national sports stage and stimulate long-term economic revitalization downtown.
Both projects demonstrate Turner’s strategic alignment with public and private partners to deliver buildings that serve both immediate needs and long-term growth.
