Instantly generate and edit estimates, proposals, change orders, and invoices. Using typed or voice input, pros can describe project scope, space size, and quality tier, and AutoMate AI automatically produces detailed documents with accurate labor and material costs adjusted to project location.
AI Tasks
The system scans daily logs and notes to suggest relevant follow-ups, delegation opportunities, and reminders. Tasks can be synced with the project schedule, keeping teams aligned in real time.
AI Expenses
Simply snap a photo of a receipt, and AutoMate AI will extract details to log expenses directly into Houzz Pro under the correct project.
