Adam Stark

Adam Stark is a Special Forces veteran and construction technology executive with experience spanning development, project delivery, construction management, and operational systems in the built world. He has worked closely with owners, builders, and project teams to understand the operational challenges that impact accountability, transparency, and execution across the project lifecycle. His perspective is informed by firsthand exposure to how fragmented data, legacy processes, and misaligned incentives affect outcomes from financing through field operations. Adam holds an MBA from NYU, is an author, and hosts The Veterans Who Build Show.
