Amanda Portinari

Amanda Portinari is the Director of Industry Transformation at Ambition Theory, where she uses storytelling and strategy to shift behaviours within the construction, architecture, and engineering sectors. Passionate about advancing women in the industry, Amanda champions transformational leadership and cultivates intentional spaces that encourage collaboration, support, and innovation. She is also Ambition Theory's lead researcher and co-author of the company's bi-annual Building Better reports, developed in collaboration with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
