A new construction contract for Eastline Apartments in Malta, New York, marks another project in the ongoing relationship between BBL Construction Services and Sunrise Management & Consulting.
BBL announced the contract signing in an update from its Albany headquarters. Jesse Holland of Sunrise Management & Consulting participated in the company’s traditional bell-ringing ceremony, which marks the signing of new construction agreements.
BBL established the tradition in 2001 to recognize new contracts and project milestones. The Eastline Apartments agreement represents a new addition to the construction company’s project activity in the region.
BBL said its work with Sunrise also includes Bocrest Fields and The Century House, with further projects underway or anticipated. The company described the Eastline contract signing as a milestone in the relationship between the two organizations.
The announcement did not disclose Eastline Apartments’ project value, number of residential units, design team, construction timeline or expected completion date.
Repeat partnerships between developers and construction providers can contribute to continued project pipelines in regional markets. The Eastline Apartments contract adds to BBL’s announced work with Sunrise, although further project details will be needed to assess the development’s scale and expected impact on Malta’s housing market.
