Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) has advanced to No. 14 on the 2026 Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America list, recognizing its workplace health and well-being programs.
The engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy company improved 47 positions from its No. 61 ranking in 2025. Its inclusion in the national list for 11 years reflects its continued focus on employee wellness.
The Healthiest Employers recognition program evaluates organizations across several areas, including strategic planning, workplace culture, employee engagement, leadership commitment, program measurement and communication. The assessment focuses on how employers integrate wellness into their workplace practices and benefits.
FTI attributes its approach to a Culture of Care that supports employees and their families across physical, mental and emotional well-being.
FTI’s wellness offerings include medical insurance premium discounts, expanded mental health benefits and a program called “Time to Recharge.” The benefit provides additional monthly time off that employees can use for self-care, personal development or professional health services.
The company said its wellness programs are designed to respond to employees’ changing needs and help them maintain healthier, more balanced lives.
Alyssa Kwasny, FTI’s wellness program director, said the recognition reflects the company’s efforts to create a supportive environment for employees and their families. She also emphasized the organization’s commitment to expanding programs and benefits as workforce needs evolve.
Construction employers operate in an industry where workforce well-being, recruitment and retention are important business considerations. Comprehensive wellness benefits can form part of a broader strategy to support employees and strengthen workplace culture.
FTI also received regional recognition in several markets. It ranked No. 1 in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Tennessee, placed No. 2 in Atlanta and ranked No. 6 in Phoenix. Kansas City was listed as an honoree.
The national and regional results highlight how employee wellness programs can contribute to an employer’s broader workforce strategy across its operating markets.
