OPLAND ASSUMES LEADERSHIP OF LABOR RELATIONS FOR THE BOLDT COMPANY
APPLETON, WIS, October 8, 2026 — The Boldt Company is pleased to announce that Ryanne Opland has assumed leadership of the company's Labor Relations Department. In this role, she is responsible for enterprise-wide leadership of Boldt’s labor relations strategy, collective bargaining, union payroll governance, workforce development initiatives and partnerships with unions, contractor associations and operations teams across the organization. She reports to Holly Lifke, Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President.

Opland joined Boldt in 2020 as Labor Relations Manager and was promoted to Labor Relations Director in 2024. She brings more than 16 years of labor relations experience to the role and is widely respected by union partners at the local, regional and national levels. Prior to joining Boldt, she began her career with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers before transitioning to the contractor side of the industry in 2016.
Throughout her tenure at Boldt, Opland has played a key role in strengthening labor relations operations and supporting field teams. She has led efforts to streamline labor administration processes, automate field labor forms and develop reporting tools that improve efficiency and provide greater visibility into labor-related data. In 2025, she assumed oversight of union payroll operations and union benefit reporting, creating a more integrated approach to collective bargaining administration that strengthens oversight and accountability.

In addition to her responsibilities at Boldt, Opland serves on the Associated Maintenance Contractors (AMC) Board and the Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) Industrial Relations Committee. She also participates on several industry bargaining committees, helping to shape labor relations practices across the construction industry.
