Opus to Build New Viking Industrial Painting Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska
OMAHA, Neb., October 7, 2026 – Opus today announcedthe start of construction on a 65,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility for Viking IndustrialPainting. The facility, located at 9225 North 108th Street in RainwoodIndustrial Park in Omaha, Nebraska, will serve as the 25-year-old company’s newheadquarters and operations base.

Viking IndustrialPainting specializes in inspecting, painting and maintaining municipal watertowers. Their new location in Rainwood Industrial Park will serve as thecompany’s corporate headquarters, providing back office support functions totheir six regional offices located across the country. Opus is the developer and design-builderon the project, which is expected to wrap up in July 2027.
