Black & Veatch has named Ashley Davidson as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), where she will drive the company's global marketing efforts and elevate its brand in the sustainable infrastructure space. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, Davidson will focus on enhancing client engagement and delivering growth through data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies.
In her new role, Davidson will amplify Black & Veatch’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions in engineering, construction, and consultancy, while strengthening client partnerships across key industries. She is tasked with reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in energy resilience, clean transportation, and sustainable infrastructure.
“Ashley brings unmatched expertise in enterprise marketing and leadership that aligns perfectly with our vision of guiding clients through complex global challenges,” said Patrick Hogan, Black & Veatch’s Chief Client Officer. “Her approach to performance marketing and thought leadership will help us continue to lead in the infrastructure space.”
Davidson’s previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Global Marketing at Royal Philips, where she led marketing strategies for emerging technologies, healthcare, and sustainability initiatives. Before that, she spent over two decades at Cerner Corporation, now Oracle Health, driving integrated marketing and client experiences.

Davidson holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Public Relations from William Jewell College. She will report to Patrick Hogan and be based in Overland Park, Kansas.
