Evergreen Landscape Expands with New Facility in Northern Nevada

Evergreen Landscape Development, a trusted name in Northern Nevada’s residential and commercial landscaping industry for over two decades, is embarking on an ambitious expansion to broaden its offerings and enhance its market presence.
The company recently relocated from a residential site to a newly constructed commercial facility located at 1485 Geiger Grade Road in Reno, positioning itself for significant growth and diversification.

“We’re excited about the opportunities ahead,” said a representative from Evergreen Landscape Development. “Our growth plans include launching a ‘homegrown’ flower enterprise, establishing a retail nursery, and creating additional outdoor space on site to better serve our customers and the community.”
This new phase of development is supported by a $1,336,544 project financed through a low-interest SBA 504 loan, facilitated by the Nevada State Development Corp. in partnership with Meadows Bank. The financing structure aims to provide Evergreen Landscape with the capital needed to support its expansion while maintaining operational efficiency.
Over the past 20 years, Evergreen Landscape Development has built a solid reputation for quality workmanship and customer service in the residential and commercial sectors. The company’s move to a commercial property and expanded service portfolio reflects its commitment to meeting growing demand and evolving client needs.
The retail nursery will provide local residents and businesses with greater access to plants and landscaping materials, while the flower enterprise will emphasize locally grown products to promote sustainability and support the regional economy.
As Evergreen Landscape Development prepares to open its new facility, community members and customers can anticipate enhanced services and a broader selection of landscaping products designed to beautify Northern Nevada’s homes and commercial spaces.
