PCL Construction announced that three company leaders were recognized in Engineering News-Record’s 2026 Top Young Professionals program for contributions across building, energy and infrastructure operations.

Recognized Construction Leaders

Engineering News-Record recognized Chantel Marcq, a project manager in PCL’s San Diego Buildings office; Donny Kiehn, district commissioning manager for the company’s U.S. solar operations; and Pramodh Reddy, senior project manager within PCL’s California Buildings division.

Reddy also earned placement on ENR’s national Top 20 Under 40 list.

The recognized professionals represent multiple construction sectors, including commercial building, renewable energy and commissioning services.
