This $11.4 million project will create a 39,000 square foot space designed to house cutting-edge facilities for programs in cybersecurity, electricity, welding, robotics, and manufacturing.

The groundbreaking for the project took place in June 2024, and MCCTC recently shared an update via their Facebook page, confirming that construction is progressing as planned. The new facility is expected to be ready for students by the start of the 2026 academic year.
