ABC Empire State Chapter has served merit shop contractors across New York State since 1971, operating as the leading voice for open/merit shop construction firms from Buffalo to Long Island. The chapter has launched the largest Multiple Employer Apprenticeship Program in New York State history, approved by the NY Department of Labor. It provides members with advocacy against Project Labor Agreements, training programs, safety resources, and recognition through Construction Excellence Awards, all advancing the merit shop philosophy across New York.
