Tecta America has appointed an experienced commercial roofing executive to strengthen its national service sales organization and training capabilities. Todd Kaska has joined the company as national director of service sales and training, bringing more than three decades of industry experience.

Kaska previously worked at Tecta America between 2016 and 2021, where he managed strategic accounts including International Paper, Coca-Cola and Winn-Dixie. He later served as CEO of a roofing contractor in Spartanburg, South Carolina, gaining experience across sales, operations and business leadership.

National Service Sales Strategy

In his new position, Kaska will report to Todd Stugelmayer, Tecta America’s chief operating officer. His responsibilities include developing the company’s national service sales team and establishing a broader training program for service sales personnel.

Kaska will work with Tecta America’s operating units to develop service sales strategies and support the growth of sales talent across the organization. The position combines national account experience with operational knowledge of commercial roofing businesses.

Experience Across Roofing Sales and Operations

Kaska’s background includes both contractor leadership and national account management. His earlier tenure with Tecta America provided experience with major commercial customers, while his subsequent CEO role expanded his responsibilities into company operations and leadership.

The appointment adds dedicated leadership for service sales and training as Tecta America continues to develop capabilities across its operating units.
