KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong-USA Inc., has officially opened its first West Coast warehouse in Tumwater, Washington, marking a significant step in its North American expansion strategy.

The new 146,327-square-foot distribution center, located just two miles south of Olympia, is designed to enhance service and support for KIOTI dealers and customers throughout the Western United States. The facility includes 26 dock doors, high-clearance storage, and modern logistics capabilities to streamline operations.

Operations at the Tumwater site will be rolled out in phases. Initially, the warehouse will handle whole goods, followed by parts distribution and assembly, providing a more efficient supply chain and ensuring that dealers in the region can access equipment and components faster than before.

KIOTI stated that the Tumwater facility will “streamline distribution for dealers and customers in the Western United States.” This expansion reflects the company’s ongoing effort to strengthen its North American infrastructure and reduce delivery times.

The warehouse also complements KIOTI’s recently opened facility in Milton, Ontario, furthering the brand’s bi-national logistics network. Together, these sites position KIOTI to better serve a growing dealer base while improving product availability across the U.S. and Canada.

The company emphasized that the new West Coast location is not only a response to dealer demand but also part of a broader strategy to prepare for future growth in equipment sales and parts support. With the agricultural, landscaping, and construction sectors seeing increased equipment needs, KIOTI is aligning its distribution to meet rising expectations.
