SACRAMENTO, CA —Infrastructure engineering and professional services firm STV Group, Incorporated has officially acquired Cypress Construction Management, LLC, a Sacramento-based program, project and construction management provider serving public sector clients throughout California.
Following the acquisition, the firm will operate as Cypress Construction Management, an STV Company, expanding STV’s footprint in Northern California and strengthening its position as a full-service partner for transportation, education, healthcare and civic infrastructure owners.
