
The Southwest Washington Contractors Association (SWCA) has announced its board of directors for 2026, naming a diverse group of contractors, associates, and industry partners who will help guide the organization’s mission to support the regional construction sector.

According to the association, the newly appointed board brings together professionals from across Southwest Washington’s construction ecosystem, reflecting a broad range of expertise and perspectives. The leadership team is expected to play a key role in strengthening the construction workforce while supporting member businesses and industry partners.
The 2026 executive officers include President Darin Kaysner of Andersen Construction and President-elect Brigham Lambley of Peterson Cat of Hillsboro. Andrew Gunther of PLS Engineering in Vancouver, Washington, will serve as vice president, while Erin Huffard of Squires Electric has been named secretary. Drew Barrett of Barrett & Company CPAs in Camas, Washington, will take on the role of treasurer, and Dennis Schmid of Robertson & Olson Construction of Camas will continue his involvement as past president.

The association also appointed several additional board members representing a cross-section of construction and allied industries. Those named include Shane Tapani of Tapani Inc. of Battle Ground; Chrissy Lyons of the Port of Vancouver USA; Jared Currie of Anchor Concrete of Vancouver; Tracey Malone of Halbert Construction of Vancouver; and Steve Niemi of Tradesmen Electric of Battle Ground.
Other board members include Michael Wubben of Legacy 6 of Ridgefield; Paige Spratt of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt; Bjorn Lampinen of Jackson Contracting of Woodland; and James Maguire of Maguire Projects and Development of Camas.
Together, the 2026 board will focus on advancing SWCA’s strategic goals, including expanding workforce development initiatives, enhancing the value delivered to members, supporting education and safety programs, and advocating for policies that promote a strong and sustainable local construction industry.
The association noted that the board’s collective experience will be instrumental in addressing ongoing workforce challenges and supporting long-term growth across Southwest Washington’s construction market.
