
Atlanta, GA — Rockefeller Group has reached a major milestone at 1072 West Peachtree, celebrating the topping out of its 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown. The project, now the tallest building constructed in Atlanta in more than 30 years, is expected to transform the city’s skyline and deliver a “vertically integrated community” that blends offices, luxury residences, and next-generation amenities.

Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, the LEED Silver-certified tower reflects the rapid expansion and redevelopment taking place in Midtown’s live-work hub.
