ABC member companies voted to select the new board members, while an existing board member was chosen to step into a key leadership role for the next two years. Association officials said the elections took place in November 2025 and will take effect at the start of January.

New Board Members Announced

The newly elected board members represent a diverse cross-section of construction specialties and business types:

  • Cole McCloskey, The Electrician, Inc.
  • Adam Mueller, Staab Construction Corp.
  • Diana Schmidt, Hausmann Group
  • Adby Voss, Wieser Brothers General Contractors, Inc.
  • Tony Zignego, Zignego Companies

In addition to these new appointments, Jenna Milis of Milis Flatwork — who is already serving on the board — was selected by membership to become chair-elect, ABC officials confirmed. Her selection marks a notable leadership transition, as she will serve as chair-elect in 2026 before taking on the role of chair in 2027.

According to an ABC-WI spokesperson, “Milis will serve as chair-elect in 2026 and Sam Daniels, of Daniels Construction, will be chair.” Once her term transitions forward, “She will serve as chair in 2027.”

Industry Impact and Leadership Expansion

ABC-WI officials noted that the addition of these board members comes at a time when workforce challenges, construction demand, and infrastructure investments continue to reshape Wisconsin’s construction landscape. Board members will play a role in guiding policy positions, workforce training initiatives, and member services as the industry faces ongoing labor shortages, evolving construction technology, and competitive market pressures.

The election of leaders from multiple business sectors — including electrical contracting, general construction, insurance, concrete, and heavy civil — signals a commitment to broad representation within the association. Their combined experience in employer services, project delivery, safety, workforce development, and business management is expected to help shape future advocacy and industry growth.

ABC Wisconsin continues to serve more than 900 construction-related businesses and suppliers across the state, with its board playing a central role in prioritizing apprenticeship programs, merit shop advocacy, and fair contracting policies.
