The 18-hole championship golf course, crafted by Green, is on track for a spring 2026 opening. Complementing this course will be a nine-hole short layout, adding versatility to the golfing experience. A state-of-the-art clubhouse village will serve as the hub of activity, featuring:

  • A clubhouse with premium amenities
  • A short-game practice area
  • Hitting bays and a teaching facility equipped with Trackman technology
  • A restaurant, business center, and fitness facility

Beyond golf, Firefly is set to offer an array of luxury lifestyle amenities, including pickleball and tennis courts, as well as a family club with:

  • Two swimming pools
  • Educational learning centers
  • Dining options
  • A music hall for entertainment and events

With 60 founder members already secured, they will have the first opportunity to select from the 407 single-family homes planned for the community. Home construction is expected to begin in summer 2026.

The development of Firefly reflects a growing trend in high-end, golf-centric communities, combining world-class golfing experiences with exclusive residential living in a serene setting.
