KENNER, La. — Argo Graphene Solutions Corp. has announced the opening of its new Gulf Coast Distribution and Mixing Center in Kenner, Louisiana, marking a key milestone in the company’s North American growth strategy. The facility, established in partnership with Landry Construction, will serve as a launchpad for distributing Argo’s graphene-infused construction materials.

Located just outside New Orleans near the Port of New Orleans—one of the top ten busiest ports in the U.S.—the Kenner hub offers Argo proximity to more than 14,500 miles of inland waterways, access to six Class I railroads, and direct connection to east-west transit via Interstate 10.
“This agreement with Landry Construction and their facility in Kenner gives us the ideal location to launch, scale, and fulfill,” said Scott Smale, President and CEO of Argo. “Its proximity to one of the nation's most dynamic ports, along with its regional connectivity, positions us to serve the Southern U.S. and Mexico efficiently with sustainable construction materials.”
The Kenner center will serve dual purposes:
- Distribution Hub: Argo will ship advanced graphene-based materials across the U.S. and Mexico, streamlining logistics and improving cost efficiency.
- Mixing & Integration Center: The site will allow for on-site blending of proprietary concrete, cement, and asphalt formulations to meet specific client needs.
To support the initiative, Argo has signed a one-year lease for a 2,000-square-foot facility at $5,000 per month and entered into a management services contract with Landry Construction for technical oversight and consulting at $8,000 per month.

The move comes as Argo continues to scale its eco-friendly infrastructure technologies through its subsidiary, Argo Green Concrete Solutions Inc., aiming to deliver high-performance and low-emission alternatives to traditional building materials.
This expansion aligns with Argo’s broader commitment to sustainable construction, tapping into rising demand for greener, high-strength concrete alternatives in both the U.S. and Mexico. The partnership with Landry Construction—renowned for its work on fuel infrastructure and commercial developments—adds regional expertise and accelerates Argo’s ability to meet client expectations quickly and efficiently.
Founded in 1991, Landry Construction brings decades of regulatory experience and performance in high-spec commercial projects. The collaboration ensures that Argo's products not only meet technical standards but are also ready for real-world deployment at scale.
This Gulf Coast launch is just the first step in Argo’s roadmap. The company plans to use this model to replicate regional hubs throughout the U.S. to support localized production, reduced emissions from transportation, and increased responsiveness to construction partners.
With this center now operational, Argo is positioning itself as a serious player in the green infrastructure revolution—bringing new technologies to market while building out a logistics network designed for speed, scale, and sustainability.
