Office Expansion Supports Growing Operations

Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI) is expanding its office presence at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth, Texas, while advancing autonomous technology testing at the AllianceTexas Test Center.

The industrial vehicle automation company will expand its space at Hillwood Commons I from 11,097 square feet to 25,806 square feet across the building’s second and third floors. More than 100 employees will work from the expanded location.

The office is part of Alliance Town Center, a mixed-use development within Hillwood’s 27,000-acre AllianceTexas property. The building provides Class A office space in a location with access to retail, dining, residential and other amenities.

ASI develops hardware and software that enable industrial vehicles and mixed fleets to operate autonomously. Its technology serves sectors including civil construction, agriculture, logistics and landscaping.

AllianceTexas Test Center Advances Autonomous Technology

ASI also uses the AllianceTexas Test Center to test and validate autonomous equipment across real-world operating scenarios. The facility allows the company to demonstrate capabilities to customers, partners and investors while developing technology for different operating environments.

Mel Torrie, ASI’s co-founder and CEO, said the location allows the company to expand its workforce while testing and demonstrating technology in the same area.

The test centre supports both surface and aerial autonomy through access to land, infrastructure and operational environments. The wider AllianceTexas development also provides access to workforce talent, logistics networks, customers and industry partners.

Hillwood said ASI’s expansion reflects AllianceTexas’ role in helping companies develop and validate emerging technologies while growing their operations in North Texas. The expanded office and testing capabilities are expected to support ASI as it scales its autonomous fleet technology.
