Fundraising Program Supports Regional Organizations

Bancroft Construction hosted the event Aug. 17 at Fieldstone Golf Club in Greenville, Delaware, bringing together business partners, sponsors and community supporters. The outing included 116 participants organized into 29 foursomes.

Funds raised through Bancroft’s Build to Serve program are designated for a range of nonprofit organizations and local initiatives. Beneficiaries include the Alzheimer’s Association, Children & Families First, Exceptional Care for Children, Habitat for Humanity, Nemours Children’s Health and the American Heart Association.

Additional funding will support schools, youth athletics programs, community centers and other local organizations.

$10,000 Contribution to Faithful Friends

As part of the event’s charitable activities, Bancroft Construction contributed $10,000 to Faithful Friends, a Delaware organization focused on animal welfare and support for animals and their caregivers.

The contribution adds to the broader fundraising effort and provides direct financial support for Faithful Friends’ programs.

The outing was supported by sponsors including Nickle Electrical Companies, WillScott, Jamestown Painting, NorthEast Contractors and Sobieski Mechanical Contractors Inc. Bancroft’s Golf Outing Committee coordinated the event.

Community Investment as Part of Construction Business Activity

For construction owners and contractors, community investment initiatives can complement established relationships with trade partners, employees, clients and regional organizations.
