BBL Construction Services has completed an expansion of the Capitaland Subaru service shop in Glenville, New York, adding capacity for vehicle maintenance and repair operations at the dealership.
The project delivered a 5,700-square-foot addition built with a pre-engineered metal building system. The expanded space accommodates nine new service lifts, increasing the dealership’s capacity to handle service work.
The new addition provides dedicated space for nine service lifts, allowing Capitaland Subaru to expand its service operations. The additional capacity can support more vehicles moving through the service area, although the dealership has not disclosed projected service volumes or operational timelines.
The expansion centres on increasing the existing facility’s service capacity rather than developing a new dealership location.
The project used a pre-engineered metal building for the 5,700-square-foot addition. This construction approach uses prefabricated structural components designed for assembly on site.
The completed expansion adds functional service space to the existing dealership. BBL credited Capitaland Subaru and its project partners for their contributions to completing the work.
Automotive service expansions demonstrate how targeted additions can increase the operating capacity of existing commercial facilities. For dealership owners and construction teams, projects of this type require coordination between building systems, service equipment and ongoing business operations. The Capitaland Subaru project adds nine service lifts within a relatively compact footprint, expanding the dealership’s capacity without requiring a wholly new facility.
