Berghammer Construction Executive Vice President and Principal Tiffany May has been recognized as a 2026 Emerging Leader by the Waukesha County Business Alliance, highlighting her leadership in construction and involvement in the broader Wisconsin business community.

May has played a role in Berghammer’s growth through leadership across preconstruction, business development, client relationships and project management. Her responsibilities also include mentoring and supporting professional development within the construction industry.
Beyond her responsibilities at Berghammer, May has been involved in initiatives focused on supporting women working in construction. As board president and a co-founder of the Wisconsin chapter of She Builds, she helped establish the organization’s inaugural event, which brought together nearly 200 women from across the industry.
Her industry involvement also includes board service with Seeds of Health Charter Schools and Marquette University’s Construction Engineering Advisory Board. She is additionally involved with TEMPO and WCREW.
The recognition adds to May’s professional profile as she continues to combine construction management responsibilities with industry and community engagement.
