In his new position, Stumpf will provide operational oversight across trades in the Milwaukee, Madison and Chicago markets. His responsibilities include workforce planning, project performance and continuous improvement efforts.
The role also includes developing field leadership teams and coordinating with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and union partners.
Stumpf joined Boldt more than a decade ago and most recently worked as a project manager. He earned a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from Marquette University.
The expanded responsibilities place workforce planning and field leadership development alongside operational performance. Stumpf will also support strategic planning and the use of data-driven processes in project execution.
