In his new position, Itter will lead estimating and preconstruction work while mentoring estimators within Boldt's organization. His responsibilities will include supporting project planning and cost development before construction begins.
Itter joined Boldt in 2018 and brings 33 years of experience in the construction industry. His background covers several sectors, including automotive, industrial, paper and energy.
His experience includes preconstruction assignments for major automotive manufacturers across the United States. Those projects have had a combined value exceeding $1 billion.
Itter's professional background includes estimating, procurement, scheduling and cost management. These functions are central to establishing project budgets, coordinating purchasing activities and developing construction schedules during the planning stages.
His expanded responsibilities will also include developing estimating talent within Boldt, providing an avenue for experienced construction professionals to transfer knowledge to the next generation of estimators.
