The Breeden Company has expanded its multifamily leadership structure with the promotion of Heather Fuller to regional vice president, multifamily.
Fuller previously served as a regional director after joining The Breeden Company in 2022. Her career with the organization has included positions as a leasing consultant, assistant manager, property manager and senior property manager before moving into regional leadership.
In her new position, Fuller will provide strategic and operational oversight for multifamily communities within The Breeden Company's portfolio. Her responsibilities will include supporting property performance, developing management teams and maintaining resident service standards.
Fuller's career progression reflects an internal development path within The Breeden Company. Before becoming a regional director, she managed multifamily properties and served as a training manager, helping mentor other associates.
During her tenure as a senior property manager, Fuller oversaw a complete property renovation and was recognized as The Breeden Company's Employee of the Year in 2019, according to the company's management profile.
The expanded role places Fuller in a position to work with property management teams across multiple communities while supporting operational and financial objectives.
The promotion comes as multifamily owners and operators continue to rely on experienced property management leadership to oversee building operations, staffing, resident services and asset performance.
For multifamily developers and owners, experienced regional leadership can provide centralized oversight across multiple properties while supporting consistency in operations and team development. The Breeden Company's move also demonstrates the use of internal career progression to build leadership capacity within its property management business.
