Catamount Constructors is strengthening its presence in Colorado through the addition of Denver-based Pinkard Construction, bringing together two established general contractors to expand construction capabilities while maintaining local leadership and client relationships.
Under the agreement, Pinkard Construction will become part of Catamount Constructors, combining Pinkard's long-standing presence in the Denver market with Catamount's national employee-owned construction platform.
The partnership allows both organizations to broaden their service offerings while continuing to support existing clients through local project teams. The combined organization will provide construction management, general contracting, preconstruction, design-build, and other project delivery services across a range of market sectors.
Pinkard serves affordable housing, multifamily, senior living, municipal, healthcare, education, office, recreation, and advanced industry projects throughout Colorado's Front Range.
The transaction also brings Pinkard Frameworks into Catamount's operations. The specialized division provides self-performed wood framing services for company projects while also serving third-party developers and general contractors throughout the region.
The addition expands Catamount's in-house construction capabilities and provides greater control over framing operations on applicable projects.
Catamount, a 100% employee-owned contractor, operates offices in Denver, Atlanta, San Antonio, and Tampa and provides construction services nationwide across industrial, multifamily, healthcare, office, retail, energy, automotive, government, and senior living markets.
