CBRE Enhances Mid-Atlantic Industrial Services
CBRE has promoted Mike Roden to vice chair, the company’s highest rank for advisory and transactional professionals. This move aims to enhance its industrial services in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. Roden, who joined CBRE in 2004, was among the top 10% of producers in 2023 and has managed over 82 million square feet of industrial transactions in the region valued at nearly $5 billion. Roden is a Towson University graduate and serves on the board of the Maryland Food Bank.
TDK Construction Appoints Tina Khatri as CEO
Tina Khatri has been named CEO of TDK Construction, a Houston-based general contractor. Khatri joins the small group of women in leadership positions within the construction industry, with McKinsey reporting that only 2% of chief executives are women. She has over 17 years of industry experience, joining TDK as vice president in 2008. Khatri is active in various organizations and serves on the board of trustees for the Eternal Gandhi Museum of Houston.
Newmark Expands Southern California Debt Financing Team

Newmark has hired Lowell Takahashi and Vince Punzi as executive managing directors in its Irvine, California office, where they will focus on multifamily debt placement and structured finance. With a combined 40 years of experience, the pair previously worked at Berkadia, Capital One, and Fannie Mae. Both bring deep expertise in securing financing across various debt and insurance transactions for Southern California clients.
Greystar Appoints New Digital Technology Director

Greystar has appointed Jordan Kobert as senior managing director of digital technologies. Based in Truckee, California, Kobert brings over 20 years of experience in technology, product development, and business operations. Previously, he led Breakaway Industries, was a founding member of Urbandoor, and worked at tech firms including Google and Strava.
Northmarq Expands Multifamily Investment Services in Houston

Northmarq has added Brett Benton as senior vice president to expand its multifamily investment sales services in Houston. Benton joins from Disrupt Equity and brings extensive experience in investment sales. He will report to Taylor Snoddy, regional managing director in Dallas, as part of Northmarq’s growth in Texas operations.
