CF Evans Construction, one of the Southeast’s leading multifamily general contractors, has been selected by Buvermo to serve as the general contractor for Album Dorchester, a new 55-plus active-adult community in North Charleston, South Carolina, one of the fastest-growing areas in the region.
Located at 8601 Dorchester Road, Album Dorchester is designed to provide a vibrant, amenity-rich residential experience for active adults. The community will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments, surrounded by lush landscaping and equipped with a wide range of resort-style amenities, including a saltwater pool and sun deck, event lawn, fitness and yoga studios, pet park and spa, grilling stations, walking trails, and a clubhouse with a community lounge and demonstration kitchen. The community will be professionally managed by Greystar, a global leader in rental housing management.
