Regional Relationships Can Shape Project Development

Familiarity with these stakeholders can help contractors identify prospective projects, understand regional priorities and build partnerships before projects advance into delivery.

Allison graduated from Appalachian State University and remains involved in community initiatives, including school advisory work and support for nonprofits focused on pediatric diseases and family services.

Why It Matters

For construction companies, project development extends beyond identifying potential contracts. Strong regional relationships can help establish early connections with owners, understand local development priorities and create opportunities for future collaboration. Allison’s appointment places those responsibilities within Clancy & Theys’ Charlotte Division as it pursues growth in the region.
