Consigli Finalizes Acquisition of Lendlease’s US Construction Operations

Consigli Building Group has successfully acquired key segments of Lendlease’s construction operations in New York City and New Jersey, expanding its footprint with a portfolio valued at over $1.8 billion. This acquisition brings more than 400 Lendlease employees into Consigli’s ranks, reinforcing its position as a major player in the US construction market.

The acquisition covers both active and preconstruction projects, adding to Consigli’s impressive project roster, which includes Harvard University’s Tozzer Anthropology Building and First Bristol Corporation’s Hilton Garden Inn.
