Construction has officially started on Sage Intracoastal Residences Fort Lauderdale, a 28-story luxury condominium tower rising along the city’s prominent waterfront. Unlike most high-rise residential towers, Sage Intracoastal Residences is designed to include only two residences on every floor, providing enhanced privacy, quiet interiors and spacious layouts tailored for luxury coastal living. The building will include a limited number of units, increasing exclusivity while maximizing access to premium views.
Amenities will center around resort-inspired health and leisure, featuring a spa, swimming pool, outdoor grilling stations, a waterfront cafe, golf simulator and private cabanas. PMG expects the tower to be completed by 2027, with sales currently being managed exclusively by PMG Residential’s Nir Perets, Jaime Cristancho and Laura San Jose.
