Headquartered in Naples, the company announced it has opened its eighth satellite office at 4010 West Boy Scout Blvd., Suite 325. The new location strengthens its presence in the Tampa Bay region, where it previously operated through its Sarasota office.
“It is an honor for us to be trusted by so many to have a part in building the future of Tampa,” said David Diamond, CEO of the firm. “Tampa has a great history and an exciting future, attracting diverse, bright, creative, and entrepreneurial people and businesses."
The move reflects the increasing demand for construction services across the Tampa Bay area, which has experienced strong population growth and rising investment in infrastructure and commercial development.
DeAngelis Diamond has already completed more than $450 million worth of projects in the region and currently has an additional $284 million in projects either under construction or scheduled to begin soon. Establishing a dedicated office is expected to improve project delivery, deepen local partnerships, and support ongoing growth.
The firm indicated that the Tampa office will serve as a hub for expanding operations, with plans to increase hiring and scale resources to meet regional demand.
The new 4,330-square-foot office will focus on sectors aligned with Tampa’s evolving economic landscape. These include healthcare, aviation, multifamily housing, hospitality, senior living, and commercial construction.
These sectors are seeing increased activity as population growth fuels demand for housing, healthcare services, and business infrastructure across the region.

Founded in 1996, DeAngelis Diamond has grown into a major player in the southeastern and midwestern U.S., employing nearly 300 people and generating $704 million in revenue in 2025. The firm was recently ranked No. 3 on a regional list of top contractors, reflecting its expanding project portfolio and market presence.
The opening of the Tampa office underscores a broader trend in the construction industry, where firms are establishing localized operations in high-growth metros to better compete for projects and respond quickly to client needs.
Tampa Bay, in particular, has emerged as a hotspot for development due to favorable business conditions, migration trends, and continued investment in infrastructure. This has created opportunities across both public and private sectors, from large-scale commercial developments to residential and mixed-use projects.
By positioning itself closer to this activity, DeAngelis Diamond is likely aiming to capture a larger share of upcoming projects while strengthening relationships with regional developers, healthcare systems, and municipal stakeholders.
