
J.H. Findorff & Son is continuing its long-standing partnership with United Way of Dane County as the contractor supports the organization’s 2026 community campaign and broader efforts to address local needs.
Findorff’s relationship with United Way of Dane County dates back more than 100 years, making the partnership one of the company’s longest-running community commitments.
Jeff Tubbs, Findorff’s executive vice president of business development, is serving as the 2026 United Way of Dane County campaign chair. The appointment continues a tradition of Findorff leaders supporting the organization’s annual fundraising efforts.
United Way brings businesses, nonprofits, government representatives and community leaders together to identify local needs and direct resources toward issues affecting residents, including housing, child care and transportation.
The organization raised more than $18 million last year to support community initiatives.
Findorff’s involvement extends beyond its United Way partnership. The company works with more than 350 organizations throughout Wisconsin and its employees serve on nearly 150 nonprofit boards and committees.
