J.H. Findorff & Son has promoted 16 employees across its construction, project management, operations and support teams as part of its third-quarter 2026 staffing changes. The promotions cover positions ranging from assistant project manager to director-level operations leadership.

Promotions Span Project Delivery and Field Operations

The latest promotions include several roles directly tied to project execution and field management. Larry Baker was promoted to senior superintendent, while Tyler Brovelli advanced to project manager II and Ethan Buechel moved into a project manager I position.

Derek Burdick was promoted to director of North Central operations, expanding leadership responsibility for the company's work in that region. Erik Ivers was promoted to project executive.

The staffing changes also include Tyler Genz as assistant preconstruction manager and Will Harris, Brandon Roeker, Colin Schiesl and Brennan Sullivan as assistant project managers.

Lee Lathrop was promoted to Hydro-Mobile & Scaffold supervisor, while Joe Nelson, Ben Wolff and Brent Yahn advanced to supervisor roles.

The promotions extend beyond construction delivery functions. Jessica Darling was promoted to senior communications specialist, while Mike Fehrenbach advanced to senior IT support technician.
