On Feb. 3, 2026, the town of Fishkill issued a Certificate of Occupancy for the newly completed complex, allowing staff members serving at Fishkill Bethel to begin using the facility. The center is expected to support a range of functions, including computer support and information technology services that assist operations both domestically and globally.

Located approximately 64 kilometers (40 miles) north of the organization’s world headquarters in Warwick, New York, the Fishkill site represents a significant addition to the group’s infrastructure network.

Multi-Building Campus Designed for Functionality and Sustainability

The Fishkill Support Center spans a 23-hectare (57-acre) site and consists primarily of three buildings tailored to meet operational and community needs. The centerpiece is a two-story office building equipped with a receiving dock, medical offices, and areas designated for personal services such as hair care. A multipurpose room with seating for up to 300 individuals is also included and is expected to host spiritual programs later this year.

Supporting facilities include a maintenance building with workshops and office space, as well as a third structure dedicated to exercise and recreational activities. Outdoor amenities such as picnic areas further enhance the campus environment for residents and staff.

Project planners emphasized sustainability throughout both the design and construction phases. The development incorporated environmentally conscious practices, aligning with broader industry trends toward greener building methods. Despite its scale and amenities, the facility is not open to the public for tours.

Collaboration and Workforce Contributions Drive Project Success

The completion of the Fishkill Support Center concludes several years of planning and approximately 18 months of construction. The project required coordination across multiple internal departments as well as collaboration with external contractors.

According to project stakeholders, contractors noted the cooperative working environment fostered by volunteers and staff, which contributed to the project’s overall efficiency and progress.

Commenting on the new facilities, Elise, a member of the Grounds Maintenance team, said: “I am grateful for our new workshop. It gives our crew plenty of space to work together on projects and to store our equipment. It is such a privilege to see Jehovah blessing the work being done here!”

Brother Kent Fischer, a member of the United States Branch Committee, added: “We are so happy that the Fishkill Bethel family can now use these new facilities as a place to work together and gather for spiritual encouragement and association.”

The project highlights a continued investment in specialized institutional construction, particularly in facilities designed to support administrative, technological and community-focused functions.

With the center now operational, the Fishkill campus is positioned to play a key role in supporting the organization’s activities across the United States and internationally.
