Each scholarship provides $2,500 toward education-related costs. The 2026 awards are divided evenly between two employee groups, with 15 scholarships going to dependents of craft employees and 15 to dependents of professional employees.
Recipients are enrolled in a range of postsecondary education and training pathways, including colleges, universities, trade schools and certification programs. The range of programs reflects multiple routes into professional and skilled-trade careers.
FlatironDragados operates across the United States and Canada and provides infrastructure construction services. The scholarship program extends workforce-related support to employees' dependents through financial assistance for education.
