Expanding domestic electronics manufacturing continues to drive industrial development across Texas, creating opportunities for contractors, developers, and facility owners. Foxlink Group has selected AllianceTexas in Fort Worth for a new advanced manufacturing facility that will support printed circuit board assembly production while expanding the company's U.S. operations.
Foxlink has purchased Alliance Gateway 17, a 147,780-square-foot industrial building located at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway within the AllianceTexas development.
The facility will be converted into an advanced manufacturing plant supporting surface mount technology (SMT) production along with final assembly, testing and packaging (FATP) operations. The project includes the deployment of AI-enabled robotics and intelligent automation throughout the production process.
According to the company, manufacturing activities are expected to begin in August 2026, and the operation is designed to support future production expansion.
Foxlink selected the Fort Worth location based on transportation connectivity, workforce availability, and proximity to North Texas' expanding advanced manufacturing sector.
The AllianceTexas development encompasses approximately 27,000 acres and serves as a major logistics and industrial hub. The development hosts more than 600 businesses and continues to attract manufacturing investments, including projects related to artificial intelligence infrastructure and rare earth magnet production.
The new Foxlink operation is expected to generate approximately 900 jobs once the facility reaches full production capacity.
Advanced manufacturing investments continue to increase demand for industrial construction, facility conversions, automation integration, and supporting infrastructure across Texas. For construction owners, developers, and contractors, projects such as Foxlink's facility expansion highlight continued opportunities in manufacturing plant development, industrial retrofits, and technology-driven production facilities.
