Civil engineering expertise is increasingly important as residential and commercial development continues to require coordination among owners, designers, contractors and public agencies. Fuscoe Engineering has expanded its Ontario office team with the addition of Jesse Kent, PE, QSD/P, as a project manager.
Kent will work with clients throughout the Inland Empire and bring experience in private residential, master-planned community and commercial development to the role.
Kent has more than a decade of experience managing civil engineering work associated with land development. His responsibilities have included coordinating civil plans and technical documentation from planning through construction.
His technical work has covered precise grading plans, erosion control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, water quality management plans, water studies and sewer studies.
Kent has also worked with project teams, government agencies and contractors to address design and construction issues. His background includes projects associated with developers and homebuilders including Lewis Homes, Lennar, Shea Homes, Century Communities and Risewell Homes, formerly Landsea.
His experience in the Inland Empire gives the Ontario office additional project management capacity for development work requiring regional permitting, engineering coordination and construction support.
Fuscoe Engineering's Ontario location is part of the firm's broader California office network, which also includes Irvine, San Diego, San Diego Downtown, Los Angeles and the East Bay.
The firm provides civil engineering services for land development and public infrastructure, with additional capabilities in surveying and mapping, stormwater management, sustainable site design and geospatial technology.
Kent's appointment adds project management experience to the Ontario operation while supporting Fuscoe Engineering's work across residential, commercial and other land development sectors.
For developers and construction teams in the Inland Empire, additional civil engineering project management capacity can support coordination across design, permitting and construction activities. Kent's experience across residential and commercial development provides Fuscoe Engineering with additional regional expertise as project teams advance work from planning through construction.
