Long-term contributions to California's residential development and civil engineering sectors have earned Patrick Fuscoe a place in the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame. The Fuscoe Engineering founder was selected as part of the foundation's 2026 class, recognizing his career in land development, infrastructure and engineering.
Fuscoe began his engineering career more than five decades ago and established Fuscoe Engineering in 1992. His professional work has focused on civil engineering for land development and infrastructure, with projects spanning residential, commercial and public environments.
One of the notable projects associated with his career is the Woodbridge community in Irvine. The large master-planned development became an important influence on Fuscoe's approach to designing places that integrate residential environments with broader community and environmental considerations.
Fuscoe was recognized alongside homebuilders, developers and general contractors in the 2026 Hall of Fame class. He is also one of two civil engineers included in the current class.
Beyond project delivery, Fuscoe has supported engineering education through university partnerships, lectures and mentoring. His involvement has included UC Irvine, USC and Chapman University.
He also holds Life Member status with the Orange County chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Fuscoe Engineering, which he founded more than three decades ago, provides civil engineering and related services for land development and public infrastructure. Its capabilities include surveying and mapping, stormwater management, sustainable site design and geospatial technology.
