Gilbane has appointed construction industry veteran Ryan Young to lead its Arizona business, adding an executive with two decades of commercial construction experience to its Phoenix operation.
Young will oversee the company’s Arizona business and support project delivery, team development and relationships with clients and trade partners as Gilbane expands its presence across the state.
Young’s background includes operational leadership, risk management, project delivery and team development across several construction markets. His experience spans higher education, life sciences, healthcare, corporate offices, mission critical facilities and advanced technology.
His Arizona experience includes work involving Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, Plaza Companies, Capstone Development Partners, eBay, APS, Pima County and Vanguard Healthcare.
Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Future for KIDS.
Gilbane’s Phoenix office has operated in Arizona since 1999. The team serves clients across higher education, healthcare, corporate commercial, municipal, mission critical, advanced manufacturing, K-12 education and multifamily projects.
Young’s appointment adds local leadership as Gilbane continues developing its Arizona operations and client relationships across these markets.
