A luxury condominium development rising in Boca Raton has secured new financing to support the next stage of construction.

The developer behind Glass House Boca Raton, 280 E. Palmetto Park Road LLC, has obtained a $70 million construction loan to fund vertical construction of the nine-story residential tower. The financing was provided by Maxim Capital, while Arrow Real Estate Advisors served as the transaction broker.
The project is rising at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road in the heart of downtown Boca Raton and is expected to be completed in 2027.
Once finished, the Glass House Boca Raton development will feature 28 luxury condominium residences across nine floors.
Units will range from two- to four-bedroom floor plans and measure approximately 2,500 to 3,864 square feet. Residences will feature high-end finishes including smart home technology, private terraces and chef-style kitchens designed for upscale living.
Each condominium will also include two dedicated parking spaces within an underground parking garage, a feature designed to maximize convenience and preserve the building’s street-level design.
Homes in the building are priced starting at $2.7 million, reflecting the high-end residential market in the area.
Developers say the project is designed to combine modern architecture with resort-style amenities.
Residents will have access to shared spaces including:
These amenities reflect the growing demand for luxury residential buildings that integrate lifestyle features, remote work accommodations and wellness-oriented spaces.
Since the condominium sales launch in 2024, more than one-third of the units have already been sold, signaling strong demand for new high-end housing in the downtown Boca Raton market.
The project team includes several well-known firms in the South Florida real estate and construction sector.
Architecture for the tower is being handled by GarciaStromberg, while construction is being led by Kaufman Lynn Construction.
The development has been described as the first modern glass building in the center of Boca Raton, bringing a contemporary architectural style to an area traditionally dominated by Mediterranean and coastal designs.

The Glass House project reflects a broader trend of luxury residential development across Palm Beach County, where population growth, migration from other states and demand for high-end coastal housing have fueled new real estate investment.
Downtown Boca Raton has become a particularly attractive location for developers due to its proximity to restaurants, shopping districts, beaches and major transportation routes.
Projects like Glass House are aimed at affluent buyers seeking modern urban living with luxury amenities, often within walking distance of retail, entertainment and business centers.
With construction moving into the vertical phase following the newly secured financing, the development is expected to continue sales and construction activity leading up to its projected 2027 completion.
