GREENVILLE, S.C., Feb. 6, 2025 / – McShane Construction Company’s Southeast regional team has been chosen to spearhead the construction of a 461-unit mixed-use residential community in Greenville, South Carolina. The project is being developed for long-time partner Flournoy Development Group, marking another collaboration between the two firms.

Positioned on 21 acres along Tanner Road, the new development will integrate five four-story apartment buildings, complemented by 13 retail spaces, 12 townhome buildings, and three carriage home buildings. The residential and commercial structures will feature wood framing with exterior finishes that include fiber cement lap siding, panels, brick accents, prefabricated metal canopies, and standing seam metal roofs.

Designed to cater to a modern lifestyle, the community will offer an array of high-end amenities. Residents will have access to a grab-and-go market, a cutting-edge fitness and wellness center, a fully equipped hobby room, a dog park with a pet spa, a car wash station, a mail room, and more. Additionally, the development will feature a resort-style swimming pool with an expansive courtyard, outdoor grilling stations, and entertainment areas.

The apartment units will be available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, boasting premium finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.

With construction already underway, the project is slated for completion by March 2027. The architectural design has been entrusted to Dynamik Design, while Flournoy Properties Group will oversee community management upon completion.
