The partnership is designed to support expansion into Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina while adding operational resources intended to improve procurement, technology, workforce development and project delivery.
Guaranteed Roof, founded by Matthew Weeks and Chase Howe, provides residential and commercial roofing services throughout Metro Atlanta. Its offerings include roof replacement, roof rejuvenation, commercial roof coatings, specialized cleaning and structural repairs.
The company plans to use EM Exteriors’ shared resources as it enters additional markets. Those resources include enterprise technology, sales training, digital marketing, supply chain optimization and leadership development.
The partnership also provides a framework for scaling operations while maintaining the company’s existing approach of evaluating roof conditions and recommending solutions based on the condition and expected service life of individual systems.
Guaranteed Roof’s service model includes alternatives to immediate full roof replacement. Roof rejuvenation, coatings, cleaning and repair services are offered alongside replacement work, giving property owners multiple options based on the condition of their roofing systems.
As the company expands into new states, the partnership is expected to support procurement and operational processes across a broader geographic footprint.
