ROMAN FOREST, TEXAS — Health Center of Southeast Texas is set to start construction on a new medical clinic in Roman Forest on March 15, 2025, as per a filing made with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on December 13. The clinic will be established by converting around 8,000 square feet of existing retail space into a fully functional medical office building.
