DALLAS— Heidelberg Materials North America, a leading supplier of cement, aggregates, and heavy building materials, has chosen ISN®, the global leader in contractor and supplier information management, to serve as its primary contractor qualification and compliance platform. The move underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening safety, compliance, and accountability across more than 500 sites in the U.S. and Canada.

“A strong company culture committed to lawful and ethical conduct and operational excellence are foundational to Heidelberg Materials and selecting ISN to help us manage our contractor information reinforces these standards,” said Benjamin Zurita, Vice President of Procurement at Heidelberg Materials North America. “By consolidating contractor oversight through ISNetworld, we are not only improving our safety and compliance processes but also upholding the integrity and accountability that define Heidelberg Materials’ company culture.”

The decision comes as Heidelberg Materials expands its focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), procurement transparency, sustainability, cybersecurity, and logistics efficiency. With ISNetworld®, the company gains a centralized, data-driven system to monitor contractor performance, reduce administrative burden, and identify risks before they affect operations. The integration will also help standardize practices across departments, ensuring contractors meet the company’s strict requirements for compliance and safety.

Later this year, Heidelberg Materials North America will take the partnership a step further by implementing ISNetworld’s API integration with its internal systems. This enhancement will further automate contractor data management, ensuring consistency across multiple functions while providing leaders with actionable insights to make better-informed decisions.

“ISN is proud to help Heidelberg Materials North America improve its processes by providing a scalable, robust contractor management platform that enhances operational efficiency,” said Brittany Surine, Executive Vice President of Business Development at ISN.

ISN currently supports 850 Hiring Clients and more than 85,000 contractors and suppliers worldwide. Its cloud-based platform, ISNetworld, is recognized as a gold standard for connecting contractors with capital-intensive industries while promoting health, safety, and sustainability practices.

Headquartered in Irving, Texas, Heidelberg Materials North America is part of Heidelberg Materials, one of the world’s largest building materials manufacturers. The company has made decarbonization and circular economy principles central to its long-term strategy, working on innovations to develop sustainable building materials and reduce the environmental impact of construction.

By aligning with ISN, Heidelberg Materials not only reinforces its operational culture of accountability but also signals to the broader construction materials industry that contractor safety, compliance, and sustainability are integral to long-term success.
