A new Naperville office is expanding Hillmann’s presence in the Chicago-area commercial real estate and construction market, providing a local base for development, project management and specialized consulting services.
The office, located at 40 Shuman Boulevard, Suite 175, officially opened Sept. 4, 2026. The location will support Hillmann professionals working with clients, project teams and development partners throughout Chicago and surrounding communities.
The Naperville location is primarily home to professionals from Hillmann Development Advisors, which provides development management, owner’s representation, project management and related advisory services.
The office also supports environmental professionals serving the region. Hillmann’s Chicago-area capabilities include environmental health and safety, real estate due diligence, remediation management, building science, construction risk management and energy consulting.
The expanded local presence gives clients access to multiple disciplines through a single regional office while maintaining connections to Hillmann’s broader nationwide resources.
The new location provides a base for collaboration among Hillmann professionals, clients and project teams involved in commercial real estate and construction activity throughout the Chicago market.
