Expanded Leadership Responsibilities

Valentine joined Hoar Construction in 2021 as a Project Executive and has contributed to the company's healthcare construction operations throughout Florida.

In his new position, he will oversee project delivery, support preconstruction services, recruit and develop project teams, collaborate with owners and design partners, and guide projects from budgeting through construction completion.

His experience includes managing new hospital construction, healthcare expansions, freestanding emergency departments, medical office buildings, imaging and surgical facilities, and behavioral health projects.

Healthcare Construction Experience

During his career, Valentine has managed projects for healthcare organizations including AdventHealth, Orlando Health, Ascension and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor through the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and has experience delivering projects requiring healthcare regulatory compliance, including Agency for Health Care Administration inspections, infection control measures and interim life safety planning.

Valentine holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Western Kentucky University and participates in several industry leadership organizations.
